They are not strangers to drama after falling in love on The Bachelorette, but Trista and Ryan Sutter could not top the drama that surrounded the arrival of their daughter Blakesley Grace last Friday. An early spring snowstorm hit Vail, Colorado. The storm was so bad that it forced officials to close the highway between the Sutter’s home and the Vail Valley Medical Center.
A pregnant Trista did not care. “I had to tell the trooper, ‘I’m in labor, I need to get through,’” Trista revealed to Life & Style Weekly. “I think he knew he had the choice of letting me through or delivering the baby in my car.” After the couple safely arrived at the hospital, their beautiful daughter was born via C-section.
Blakesley Grace is the second child for the reality show couple. They are already parents to 20 month old Maxwell “Max” Alston.
