Tony Romo is not the only man excited to be welcoming a new baby into the family. Chace Crawford, the soon-to-be uncle of sister Candice’s new baby, is excited for his first niece or nephew. According to PEOPLE, Crawford “can’t wait” to tackle his new role. “I’m going to be the best kind of uncle. The kind that gets to take him to baseball games and feed him cotton candy,” he said.
Candice Loren Romo is a former reporter for KDAF, the CW-affiliate in Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas and the winner of the 2008 Miss Missouri USA competition. On October 25th, 2011 Tony and Candice, 24, announced that they would be expecting their first child in 2012.
Crawford couldn’t be happier with his sister’s choice of who to spend the rest of her life with. After tying the knot in early May of this year, Crawford said, “Tony and I are very close. He’s the best of the best.”
