Yup, Kim and Alec are at it again.  Looks like the dueling duo will be heading to court regarding custody issues over their daughter Ireland, 11.  Apparently, this time, it's Kim who's in hot water for allegedly disobeying court ordered visitation.  She has pleaded not guilty to 12 misdemeanor counts of criminal contempt.  If she is found guilty after the early 2007 trial, Kim can face up to two months in jail and a $12,000 fine. People, can't we just all get along for the sake of child?
