Francis Ford Coppola is going to be a grandfather.  His daughter Sofia Coppola, 35 is 7 months pregnant.  Sofia recently directed Marie Antoinette which opens this Friday and stars Kirstin Dunst.

Sofia's current boyfriend, Thomas Mars, the singer for the French rock band Phoenix, is the baby's father. People magazine reported the pregnancy in May.  Sofia had been previously married to director Spike Jonze and divorced in 2003.

The new addition to the Coppola familia may be lucky enough to have a wine named after him or her since Grandpa also owns a winery!  Look for this little prince or princess of the Coppola Dynasty to be carted around town in style, perhaps in an Inglesina Sofia Carriage - appropriately named!
