Kate Hudson and her ex, Chris Robinson are about to hit the custody battle of a lifetime. Kate has just left for Australia to start filming a new movie. Looks like she left her new boyfriend Owen Wilson behind, but took her son Ryder (almost 3) instead. This does not make Chris a happy man.

Rumor has it that Chris begged Kate to leave thier son Ryder behind with him. But she won't allow that. Kate will be gone for five months filming 'Fools Gold' with Matthew McConaughey.
