Anna Nicole Smith is back in the eyes of the media…again. This time it's for her recent hospitalization for pneumonia. She caught a slight case of it while in the Bahamas after a sudden change of weather due to a cold snap.

Smith is back at the same hospital where her son Daniel, 20, died while visiting her after the birth of her daughter, Dannielyn. The results of his toxicology tests and police investigation have not been released.

The former Playmate is in the process of being sued by her former lover, Larry Birkhead, who claims to be the father of Dannielyn.
