As a mom of two, Kirstie Alley found herself lost in motherhood. She became a nurturing stay at home mom making homemade meals, cleaning, doing the laundry, and baking. Kirstie had gotten so lost in her ways that she eventually tipped the scale at a whopping 220lbs. The tabloids were exploiting her,  and deemed her as "The Fat Actress".

This is when Kirstie knew she had to do something. Alley, 55, signed up for Jenny Craig and for the past year and a half she's lost and incredible 75lbs! But before losing the weight, Kirstie made a deal with Oprah, and promised to come out in a bikini on national television. The whole world, waited for this time to come, wondering is she or isn't she going to come out in that bikini? Most importantly, will she loose the weight? Well, she did it! And she looks great!

On an interview with Life magazine, Kirstie talked about a low point in her life. Eating "Twenty sugar-free ice pops. Twelve grape sodas. Chips. Two burritos. A tostada. I was eating six, seven, eight thousand calories a day. I had a holiday mentality. I ate with wild abandon." Kirstie now eats about 1,500 calories a day and insists, "If I can do it, anybody can."
