For the past three weeks Britney Spears has been out and about. She's always was and always will be in the eye of the media. What makes it different this time, is that she has two young boys at home, but has been seen partying till 6am almost every night. So the question is  - who's watching the babies?

We know it isn't Kevin Federline; he hasn't been home since she filed for divorce. Recently, Britney has been hanging out with gal pals Paris Hilton and Lindsay Lohan. The paparazzi have snapped photo's of the pop princess partying, drunk, and pantyless. She's now defending her recent activity.

She writes on her website, "It's been so long since I've been out on the town with friends. It's also been 2 years since I've even celebrated my birthday." Spears turned 25 and celebrated at Mr. Chow's restaurant in Beverly Hills. I don't know about you, but my birthdays don't include 3 weeks of non-stop partying; and I don't have children at home to look after. But hey, that's just me.

She then went on to say, "Every move I make at this point has been magnified more than I expected, and I probably did take my new found freedom a bit too far. Anyway, thank God for Victoria Secrets' new underwear line! I look forward to a new year, new music and a new me." 

We look forward to a new year filled with Britney Spears getting back on track and wearing underwear!
