Thanks for the information on Orpah-Oprah Winfrey. Does anyone know if Orpah or Oprah” means anything? That is many names have symbolic definitions (i.e. Philip “lover of horses”) Oprah’s story is very inspirational. It also reminds me that one’s parents are not the only influences that shape who they can become or how we see ourselves. While we think of her as a talk show host, she is much more. She is a businesswoman and “communications” and personal/emotional healing are her areas of expertise. Thank you for the listing.—-CRM

Thank you for sharing this information on Oprah Winfrey. She is definitely a wealthy woman and I am very proud of her and her accomplishments. However, some information you stated is incorrect. She is not the world’s only Black Billionaire for three years straight. Michael Lee-Chin, a Jamaican living in Canada also shares such a position. He is the Executive Chairman of AIC Limited. He became a billionaire before Ms. Winfrey and is listed on the Forbes list of Billionaires. He is number #365 on the list and is worth 2.1 billion dollars. Oprah Winfrey is number #562 and worth 1.2 billion dollars. I am very proud of both of them. Just thought I would share that information with you. Please make the correction and let your audience know that there is indeed more than one Billionaire of African decent in the world.
