Kevin Federline gets a commercial for the Super Bowl, while his estranged wife Britney Spears, gets snubbed. Kevin will star in a Nationwide insurance ad poking fun of himself. The commercial features Federline in what looks like a slick rap video featuring lots of girls and money, only he get's snapped back to reality and is actually daydreaming at the fryer at a fast-food restaurant. Nationwide's then uses their slogan, "Life comes at you fast."
“The Life Comes at You Fast concept was created to remind people that they need to think about preparing for the future,” said Steven Schreibman, vice president of advertising and brand management for Nationwide. “No one has personified 'Life Comes at You Fast' in the media better than Kevin Federline. Our partnership with Kevin shows the world that he has a great sense of humor. He’s poking fun at himself, and in the process gets to have the last word.” Kevin has two children Kaleb, 2, and Kori, 4 with his ex, Shar Jackson. He also has two boys Sean Preston, 1, and Jayden James, 3 months, with Britney Spears.
Britney, on the other hand, was turned down to promote during the Super Bowl - ouch! It is reported that her reps were turned down when they requested that their client, Ms. Spears, be considered for an all-star NFL promo that is to air during the Super Bowl on February 4th.
A source close to the negotiations claim, "She's too much of a train wreck. Besides, we already have Paris Hilton."
