If you'd like to catch a glimpse of Anna Nicole's will, TMZ has obtained a copy.  I don't know how these guys do it, but they get the goods!  You can see that Howard K. Stern is the Executor of the will and was also appointed as guardian to her son Daniel.  The will was signed in 2001 under the name Vickie Lynn Marshall and her ex-assistant Kim was one of the witnesses.  Currently Stern is listed on the birth certificate as the father of Smith's daughter Dannielynn making him her legal guardian at this juncture.  Time and DNA will tell the fate of little Dannielynn.
