Wesley Snipes and his wife, Nikki, delivered a son, Alimayu Moa-T, on Monday. Both mom and baby are doing fine. This is the couple's third child together. He also has one from a previous relationship.

Britney Spears and Kevin Federline were in court Thrusday settling their divorce. The deal was worked out in five-hour meeting in the Los Angeles office of Spears's attorney. At the table were Spears and Federline, along with Spears's lawyer Laura Wasser and Federline's counsel Kaplan and Jim Simon.

"The parties signed a global settlement on all issues of their marriage and the custody of the children," Michael Sands, a spokesman for Federline's attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan, tells People. The terms cannot be revealed until a judge signs the agreement.

When Britney filed for divorce in November 2006, she had custody of the couples' two children, Sean Preston and Jayden James, and Federline had 3 days of visitation. After Britney went into rehab, Federline took care of the boys and as of now he doesn't want to give them back to Spears until after her post-rehab follow-up.

Candy Spelling and her daughter Tori have been feuding forever. They just recently reunited and Candy spoke to People about how she feels now. "Having my whole family back together again, it's kind of nice."

What prompted the reconciliation? "It was a lot of things, I think it started long before my husband passed away, and I think both of us losing him – her father and my husband – I think that made a big difference."

I'm sure that Tori's new baby made a big difference too. Candy wanted to be a grandmother to Tori's March 13th baby, Liam Aaron McDermott. Candy said that it has only been three weeks and she's not sure how she feels about being a grandmother. But she is like every other grandmother and wants to show the baby pics off.

Jon Heder, aka Napoleon Dynamite star, is expecting a baby any day now states People. He and his wife, Kristen, both attended the premiere of his new movie Blades of Glory but had a doctor on call just in case.

Heder, 29, and his wife, Kristin, met  when they were both students at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. Now they are expecting thier first child.  Will Ferrel, co-star of the new movie, tells People, "I think Jon will make a great father. He's a good listener, and he likes children, that's important. You should like children to be a father."

Kingston is the cutest little guy!  His mother, Gwen Stefani, made his hair into a mohawk. How adorable!

But if you're not into the punk look, you can go for the hippie style like Ryder. Kate Hudson's son, Ryder, is ready to go back in time to the 70's. He is still precious!

According to US, Britney's kids, including their nanny, visited the pop princess for a bit on Wednesday. Not long after, Brit left the kids at her Beverly Hills home for an appointment with the dentist. 

Sean, 1 1/2, and Jayden, 6 months, were also at Brit's house on Tuesday. They were then driven back to Kevin Federline's home at 7:30pm. Kevin has had custody of Sean and Jayden since Spears entered rehab last month. He is currently fighting to keep custody of the two children in his care.

Both Sean and Jayden returned back to Brit's home on Wednesday around noon. Soon afterward, Brit left the kids with the nanny to visit the dentist.

That must have been some toothache to leave her kids home. But Access Hollywood reported she visited a celebrity dentist to have her teeth whitened.

Like we all figured, Howard Stern filed for an appeal regarding Dannielynn's paternity. It was court ordered for Howard to take Anna Nicole Smith's daughter for DNA testing at the last hearing and he did. Larry Birkhead also gave a sample. 

According to "Entertainment Tonight", the appeal will definitely delay the hearing that would reveal the results of the DNA testing which was set to happen on April 3. I was hoping the Howard wouldn't have appealed the case so Dannielynn could finally have some peace.

Mia Hamm, former soccer player, and Nomar Garciaparra, Dodgers first baseman, had twin girls Tuesday night, states Yahoo Sports. "Both are healthy and over 5 pounds," Dodgers spokesman Josh Rawitch said.

Hamm was in Los Angeles delivering the girls and Garciaparra was in flight when they were born from Florida. He went right to the hospital when he arrived but was on speaker phone with Mia during the births.

No word yet on when Nomar will rejoin the Dodgers but they expect to see him sometime this weekend for their three-game Freeway series.

Wynonna Judd, singer, filed for divorce from her husband, D.R. Roach. Roach was her security director and road manager. The two married in 2003. They have no children together but Judd has 2 children Elijah, 12, and Grace, 10, from her previous marriage to Arch Kelley III.

Roach was arrested and charged on March 22 for three counts of aggravated sexual battery against a minor. According to the Abilene (Texas) Reporter-News, Roach, 49, is being held on $750,000 bail in a Texas jail after his arrest on Thursday in Abilene. The divorce papers state the reason for divorce as "irreconcilable differences."

"I am obviously devastated," Judd, 42, says on her website. "Our family will pull together, begin the healing process and hopefully – by the Grace of God – become stronger. We will move forward with our faith, family and our friends to find resolution to this difficult situation."

Allegra Versace, 20, is in treatment for anorexia. She is the daughter of fashion designer Donatella Versace, 51, and niece of the late Gianni Versace.

The Associated Press quotes Donatella Versace and Allegra's father, estranged husband Paul Beck saying "Our daughter, Allegra, has been battling anorexia, a very serious disease, for many years. She is receiving the best medical care possible to help overcome this illness and is responding well. As parents, we are doing our best to protect our daughter. However, due to numerous media reports, we want to let everyone know that we appreciate their concern for Allegra, and we ask that her privacy be respected at this time."

Elizabeth Edwards' was told recently that her breast cancer is back. She is the wife of John Edwards, the Democratic presidential candidate. They are recieving a lot of criticism because they decided to keep going with the campaign.

They opened up to People about how they decided to talk to her family and friends about the cancer. When asked, "How did you tell your young children, Emma Claire, 8, and Jack, 6?", they replied:
Elizabeth: We all sat at the table in the family room. We called them in and said we had something important to say and they were just giggling and laughing. Jack had had a field trip to Whole Foods that day. So it was all of those kinds of regular family things. We had to wait for a calm moment, and John said, 'I need to tell y'all something. I need to tell you that Mommy's cancer is back.' They seemed interested but not depressed by the information. They asked was I going to lose my hair, which delighted them the first time. No, I probably wouldn't but John explained to them I probably would be getting medicine again.

We also explained that it wasn't going to go away this time – and that prompted questions about whether I would die from it. John was honest and said that this cancer can kill. Then he said, 'Everybody at the table who's not going to die, raise their hands.' They understood – or I hope they understood – that we're all going to die and nobody has any guarantee of how much time they have. The only thing we have control of is how you spend the time, that precious time.

John Edwards: The kids actually responded well. It's encouraging. It's hard to know how much they actually grasped, but they seemed to understand.

Larry Birkhead was spotted buying more clothes at a local baby store for Dannielynn. He must be absolutely sure that the baby is his and not Howard Stern's because this is not the first time he has been spotted buying baby stuff.

The long battle for paternity of Anna Nicole Smith's daughter, Dannielynn, should be over soon. Last week a judge ordered Howard to give up DNA so this saga can be over and the baby can be with the right guy. 

Jennifer Garner and daughter, Violet, enjoy a day at the park in Santa Monica, California. Violet looks like she's having fun on her swing. Jen, on the other hand, looks concerned about something else. Maybe she's thinking about a sister or brother for Violet…

Anna Nicole Smith could still be alive, if she had been hospitalized prior to her death. According to People, a medical statement was issued Monday by Howard K. Stern saying she refused emergency medical care, fearing a "media frenzy."

After the results of Smith's autospy report on Monday, Broward County Medical Examiner Joshua Perper said that Smith had been suffering from the stomach flu, a 105 degree temperature, and an infection from repeatedly drug injections.

According to the Associated Press, Smith was also on other severe medications including: powerful sleeping drug, chloral hydrate; methadone; valium; several antidepressant and anti-anxiety drugs; longevity medications; vitamin B12; and growth hormones. She died form an accidental drug overdose.

If Smith got treatment for her flu, she might have been saved. Perper claims, "If she would have gone to the hospital she wouldn't have died because she wouldn't have had the opportunity to take the excessive amount of chloral hydrate."

According to a statement from Stern, Smith did not want to seek medical attention prior to her death because "she did not want the media frenzy that follows her."

Chloral hydrate is a known fatal drug, if taken with certain other drugs- including Lorazempam- which the autopsy showed Anna was taking, Dr. Chip Walls, a forensic toxicologist for the Miller School of Medicine at the Univesity of Miami, told the Associated Press.
