James Tupper and Anne Heche are officially a couple. Men In Trees hunk, James Tupper, told People that his off screen romance with Anne Heche didn't start until after they were both single. "The line was never crossed."

"McTreemy" states that he and Heche have trusted each other from the beginning and that they leaned on each other while their marriages were coming to an end. Tupper, 41, separated from his writer wife, Kate, last year but they remain good friends. In January, Heche,37, announced her separation from her husband of five years, Coley Laffoon. They have a five year old son together, Homer.

According to People, Tupper does want to have children of his own one day but says that he's not ready to rush into marriage but he says, "I've never met anyone like her. There's something really comforting when you can truly connect with someone and be understood. Isn't that what we all want?"
