A Bahamas Supreme Court judge ruled yesterday for Howard Stern to submit DNA for paternity testing for Dannielynn, Anna Nicole Smith's daughter states People. Howard can still appeal the decision because he is listed on the birth certificate as her father and does have custody of the child right now.

Howard's lawyer, James Neavitt, tells People that Stern will cooperate with any decision that judge made and that he wants all of this to be over and behind him. Smith's former boyfriend, Larry Birkhead had been claiming that he was the father to Dannilynn since the baby was born. Everyone else claimed paternity after Anna passed away on February 8 of unknown causes because her tens of millions of dollars inheritance from her late oil tycoon are up for grabs. However, as of right now, the court case is just between Larry and Howard. If by chance it does come up that the baby is neither of these guys' then we will see chaos happen!
