According to US, Britney's kids, including their nanny, visited the pop princess for a bit on Wednesday. Not long after, Brit left the kids at her Beverly Hills home for an appointment with the dentist. 

Sean, 1 1/2, and Jayden, 6 months, were also at Brit's house on Tuesday. They were then driven back to Kevin Federline's home at 7:30pm. Kevin has had custody of Sean and Jayden since Spears entered rehab last month. He is currently fighting to keep custody of the two children in his care.

Both Sean and Jayden returned back to Brit's home on Wednesday around noon. Soon afterward, Brit left the kids with the nanny to visit the dentist.

That must have been some toothache to leave her kids home. But Access Hollywood reported she visited a celebrity dentist to have her teeth whitened.
