Virgie Arthur is the mother to the late Anna Nicole Smith. She took Larry Birkhead, the biological father to Dannielynn Smith, back to court again.

Virgie wants Birkhead to keep the baby in the Bahamas but he lives in the United States. She claims that he will fail to bring the baby back for a custody hearing set for June 8th. His lawyer says that he has every intention on following the law and going to the hearing.

The Bahamas judge ruled against Arthur and the jurists called her claim "weak". They ordered her to pay $3000 in attorney's fees for wasting the courts' time according to People. The ruling frees Birkhead to take the baby back to the United States. 

He'll leave for the U.S. with Dannielynn once he has her birth certificate corrected to list himself as the father instead of Howard Stern.

Stern was also at Friday's court session. According to People, he said he would back Birkhead for however many years it takes for the custody battle to be fought with Arthur. When asked if he would visit the child, Stern answered, "If Larry let's me."

Keri Russell, former Felicity star, was out shopping in New York Thursday. She was probably shopping for her little bambino she's carrying. Being pregnant hasn't stopped her from working either. She has a new comedy opening May 2 called Waitress.

Gwen Stefani was out with her 11-month-old little boy, Kingston on Thursday. Looks like she got her body back!

Angelina Jolie is no stranger to the issues that under-developed or developing countries are having. She has been active in helping these countries for years. Also, Angelina adopted 3 children from 3 different countries.

She attended a press conference on Thursday in Washington D.C. to announce the launch of Global Action for Children, a group that raises money for orphans in developing countries according to People.

"I am here to simply ask you to think about orphaned children not as a burden but as a great opportunity," Jolie said at the event. "Their education is an investment in our future. … They have had to work very, very hard to survive, but when they are given a chance, they grow strong, stronger than most. … The Lost Boys of Sudan are a great example."

According to GAC's executive director, Jennifer Delaney, the event went very well and there was receptiveness to the issue. Brad and Angelina strongly believe in GAC. They gave $1 million to the cause last year.

Britney Spears was out Thursday in North Hollywood with her son Sean Preston, 19 months. According to People, her younger son, Jayden James, was also in tow. It's nice to see her doing so well and hanging out with her kids after weeks of working on her dancing and getting back into shape.

Angelina Jolie asked a Santa Monica court to change Pax's last name to Jolie-Pitt. She filed a request on April 16 to add Brad Pitt's surname according to People.

Angelina adopted Pax from Vietnam solo because it is to difficult for unmarried couples to adopt from there. His name became Pax Thien Jolie.

Last year, Jolie asked the same court to change the names of their other adopted children, Maddox and Zahara. There last names are now officially Jolie-Pitt.

Melanie "Scary Spice" Brown, 31, needed some time to pick out the perfect name for her new baby. She gave birth to a healthy baby girl on April 3. People had confirmed that she named her new daughter Angel Iris Murphy Brown.

Eddie Murphy, 46, is the potential father. Melanie is convinced that she is his daughter but he wants a paternity test to prove it.

A friend of Melanie stated that "Melanie spent a while deciding on the baby's name." She goes on to say that "It was inspired by a number of things."

Brown told her London reps the explanation of the baby's name in a brief statement. "Angel, as she was my little angel through my pregnancy," she said. "Iris, as it's my grandma's name, Murphy because he's the dad and Brown because I'm the mum!"

This is Brown's second daughter. She has 8-year-old Phoenix Chi with her ex-husband, dancer Jimmy Gulzar.

April 18 was Suri's 1st birthday party. Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes held a birthday lunch for her at their home. The menu consisted of pizza and cupcakes. Dragonfly and butterfly piñatas were part of the entertainment.

According to People, Holmes's mom Kathy, 60, flew to California for the occasion, as did a sister and nephew of Cruise. On April 17, both grandmothers – Kathy Holmes and Mary Lee Mapother South, 70 – were treated to dinner at an Italian restaurant.

A source says that "Suri is walking and talking." Also Katie told People not to long ago that Suri "loves just being outside right now."  So because of this she received many balls, dolls, books, and a gym set for the yard. Sounds to me like a typical 1-year-old birthday party.

A source says that by the end of the party, "Tom, Katie and Suri were wearing chocolate." It must have been a great time for the family!

Alec Baldwin and Kim Basinger, 53, divorced in 2001. Since, they have had joint custody of their daughter Ireland, 11. However, Ireland lives with her mother in Los Angeles to attend school and Baldwin lives in New York. For the last three years the couple has been fighting over custody of Ireland but since she lives so far away, for now, they have scheduled phone calls.

Well, Ireland missed the last schedule phone call and daddy Baldwin got angry and left some nasty messages on the answering machine. According to TMZ, Baldwin, 49, lashes out at his daughter for missing a scheduled phone call, saying she was a "rude little pig" and threatening to "straighten your ass out." "You have humiliated me for the last time," he tells her.

According to People, Baldwin's rep says the actor "acknowledges that he should have used different language in parenting his child" but that "everyone who knows him privately knows what he has been put through for the past six years." Basinger's rep said, "I think the voicemail speaks for itself," and declined further comment.

Since the incident even people on Baldwin's own Website are criticizing him, along with the newspapers. It is rumored that his fans are turning against him since the incident. However, there are some that are supportive.

Baldwin isn't allowed to see Ireland until their court date on May 4. The actor's rep, Matthew Hiltzik, told the Post that the actor will follow the judge's orders, and said: "Alec truly cares about the best interests of his daughter."

Ricki Lake is the executive producer for a movie called "The Business of Being Born" and it will be premiering at the Tribeca Film Festival next week.

The movie is a documentary of birthing practices in this country. In 2001, Ricki filmed the birth to her second child in a bathtub in her home. She decided to use the footage in her movie.

"I am naked at 195 pounds giving birth in my own bathtub," Lake recently told The Huffington Post. "It can't get any more intimate than that!" You decide!

On April 15, Nick Lachey,33, and Vanessa Minnillo, 26, started moving in together. They were seen carrying boxes into their new two-bedroom condo in Manhattan's new Atelier building according to People.

The couple have been together for about a year now and this is a sign that things are getting more serious between them. Although we know that they moved into the New York condo together no comments have been made on if she will move into his Bel Air home.

Last month, Vanessa told People that she couldn't wait to be a mom. "I want to bring three boys up to be good men in this world and then one little girl." She said. "I always say I want three boys and a girl but at the end of the day I just want healthy kids." Did Vanessa get her wish?

It was almost like a Spice Girl reunion when almost all of the former Spice Girls got together for Geri Halliwell's 11-month-old baby's Christening. Victoria Beckham, aka "Posh", is Bluebell Madonna's Godmother.

All of the ladies were at a London church on Sunday except for Melanie Brown, who recently had a baby. A source tells People, "It was a very special Spice day."

Heidi Klum is with her children, Leni, who will be 3 next month, Henry 1, and Johan, 5 months. They are on a toy spree at a Los Angeles Target on Tuesday.

Olympic skier Jonny Moseley and wife Malia are expecting a boy in early September, they tell People in an interview.

"We're so excited," the couple said, "and we can't wait to start decorating the nursery once ski season ends." (The room is currently home to Moseley's countless pairs of skis.)

Moseley, 31, a two-time World Cup champ, won a gold medal in freestyle skiing in the 1998 Olympics in Nagano, Japan. The former Malia Rich, 30, is his business manager.

Malia says that her pregnancy has been great so far. The couple met in high school but dated for two years before getting married in 2003.
