Heather Locklear and Richie Sambora are officially divorced. They filed back in February 2006 and on Wednesday their lawyers finally finished up the paperwork and stipulations according to TMZ. However no details have been released.

The couple has 1 child, 9-year-old Ava Elizabeth. No word on custody either. Heather and Richie were married for 11 years. Both have moved on since the separation last year. Heather has been linked to former "Melrose Place" co-star Jack Wagner and Richie has been dating Denise Richards.
