Hasselhoff Banned From Seeing His Kids
8 05 2007
David Hasselhoff was temporarily blocked from seeing his 2 girls until May 21. One of his daughters videotaped him while he was drunk and the tape leaked out.
Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Mark Juhas granted an emergency order filed by Hasselhoff's ex-wife, Pamela Bach, according to People. She was present at the hearing, David was not.
Hasselhoff's attorney, Melvin S. Goldsman, confirmed that the judge suspended visitation pending a report from a court-appointed psychologist. However, Debra Opri, Bach's attorney, is trying to push the judge to make Hasselhoff complete a rehab program before he can see his daughters, Hayley, 14, and Taylor Ann, 16.
Hasselhoff's lawyer states that he is "doing what he has to do to stay sober – I can't tell you exactly what he's doing – but he's taking steps to make sure this kind of relapse doesn't occur again.''
