"Bachelorette" Trista Sutter and Ryan welcomed a baby boy last night. Maxwell Alston weighed in at 5 lbs., 3oz. According to TMZ, he arrived 4 weeks early due to Trista's complications with preeclampsia and gestational diabetes. Even with the complications, everyone is fine now.

Nicole Richie was sentenced to 4 days in jail after pleading guilty to a DUI. According to People, she also agreed to serve a three-year probation term, and must enroll in an alcohol education program. She was also fined $2,048.

On December 11, 2006, Richie was arrested for driving the wrong way on an L.A. freeway and failed a field sobriety test. She also admitted to smoking marijuana and taking Vicodin. The LA County Commissioner said today that "Someone could've gotten killed. You need to understand that driving under the influence is extremely dangerous." This is Nicole's 2nd DUI. She was convicted on one in 2003.

She must serve her time before September 28 but has no surrender date. Supposedly Nicole's pregnancy had nothing to do with the verdict and was not even mentioned in the hearing.  

At the premiere of her new movie, Hot Rod, Isla Fisher, shows off her pregnant belly. Her costar Andy Samberg rubs her belly and tells People: "She's hilarious . . . She's a total nut bird!" The premiere was held at Grauman's Chinese Theatre on Thursday.

Isla is expecting a baby this winter with Borat star Sacha Baron Cohen. The couple has been dating for 5 years.

David Hasselhoff had his two girls, Hayley and Taylor, at "The Simspon's Movie" premiere on Tuesday.

They all look very happy without mom and ex-wife Pamela Bach in the picture. David was granted primary physical and sole legal custody of his two girls aobut a month ago.

Cardinal's quarterback, Matt Leinart, says that he wants to spend more time with his 9-month-old son, Cole Cameron Leinart. Brynn Cameron, Matt's 21-year-old ex-girlfriend, says that she is the better parent and Matt never sees the baby.

When couple's split, you always see custody issues like this one. She told the Ventura County Star that she often reads that Leinart says he loves being a dad, but that she in fact spends "99.9 percent of the time" with Cole and that "it's been hard when I'm doing all the work, but he gets all the credit."

Matt, 24, says that, "Regardless of the allegations made, I have gone to great lengths to increase my custodial time with Cole," he says. "This includes seeking intervention from the family law court." 

Leinart will leave for training camp in late July and Cameron will return to college. Both parents seem to love this child. Hopefully, they can work out their differences for this innocent baby's sake.

Britney Spears has been back to her old habits lately. People are expressing thei concern for her children's welfare.

According to People, a family friend states that Britney, "won't listen to anybody, [Her family] is frustrated with the situation – and worried about the children."

Kevin Federline, Britney's ex-husband and the babies daddy, is also concerned. He feels that she is exposing the boys to "unnecessary risk," says a source familiar with the case. "His lawyer hopes to get Kevin primary custody – soon." Which, in my opinion, he will if Britney keeps the uncontrollable behavior up.

To recap her actions, On July 18, she went to the beach with a friend and went in the water with just her unmentionables on. The next day she had a meltdown during a photo shoot for OK! Magazine. She was saying the roof might cave in and let her dog soil the floor. She also wiped her hands on a couture gown after scarfing down fried chicken.

If that's not enough to prove she's not right in the head, she took her two sons, Sean Preston, 22 months,  and Jayden James, 10 months, out boating without lifejackets.

Courtney Thorne-Smith is expecting a baby this winter. You may remember the actress from Melrose Place or Alley McBeal. She know stars on According to Jim. According to People, this will be the first child for her and her husband Roger Fisherman. The couple's first anniversary will also be held around the same time. They were married on January 1, 2007. Like she isn't busy enough, Courtney will publish her first book, a novel titled Outside In.

Brandon Flowers, singer in The Killers band, and his wife Tana welcomed a baby boy on Saturday states People. The baby's name has not been released. The couple married in 2005 and now reside in Las Vegas.

Although on break now, The Killer's will resume their tour of Europe starting August 14.

Tom Cruise is shooting a new movie Valkyrie in Germany and Katie and Suri decided to tag along. Katie Holmes and her 14-month-old daughter are sight-seeing in Tiergarten Park in Berlin on Thursday. I can't tell who Suri looks like more her mom or dad but she is still a little cutie!

The Beckham family were in London's Heathrow Airport the other day coming back home to the U.S. David Beckham needed to get back to play his first game with L.A. Galaxy. The whole family was there, wife Victoria and sons Cruz, 2, Brooklyn, 8, and Romeo, 4.

As you probably know, singer Dave Matthews had a son, August, on June 19. On Saturday at Giants Stadium in New Jersey, his band played as part of the worldwide Live Earth event, aimed at combating global warming. He spoke to the press about his commitment to the environment.

Baby August wears reusable diapers instead of the disposable kind. Dave said, "We use cloth diapers for our new baby because I think diapers might be the No. 3 piece of garbage [in terms of environmental damage]." Dave and his wife also have 5-year-old fraternal twin girls, Stella Busina and Grace Anne.

"It's been things accumulating over the years that sort of make you worry about what kind of world we are leaving for our grandchildren and how we face them," he said. "If you imagine in 50 years how you face your children, if you can't at least say, 'Well, we tried to turn the world around.' It's, I think, an effort we should make, and the evidence is growing."

Jillian Barberie, 40, welcomed a baby girl Friday night in LA. According to People, her name is Ruby Raven Reynolds. She weighed in at 6lbs. 7 oz.

This is Jillian and her actor husband Grant Reynolds, 34 first child. "We are overjoyed, ecstatic and so in love," Jillian told People. Ruby came just one day before Jillian actual due date.

Barberie plans to take three months of maternity leave before returning to her co-hosting job on Good Day L.A. You may also know her from Skating With Celebrities.

Teri Hatcher, Deperate Housewive's star, is seen with her daughter Emerson Rose on Friday. The family is in Paris for co-worker and friend, Eva Longoria's, wedding.

There have been rumors that Nicole Richie was pregnant for months. Finally, there has been a confirmation from TMZ that she is in fact 3 months pregnant by her boyfriend Good Charlotte frontman, Joel Madden.

Joel and Nicole have been dating for about 6 months and now In Touch Magazine is stating that they will get married this summer. They might not be able to get married since Nicole is facing jail time for DUI charges. Her trial is set for July 11 and hopefully she will not be in jail when the baby is born in 6 months.

Prince Edward, 43, and his wife, Sophie, 42, are expecting baby number 2. The couple has a daughter, Lady Louise Windsor, born in November 2003. The new baby is expected in December.

A palace spokesperson told the Associated Press that "The Earl and the Countess [of Wessex] are both thrilled and excited. The countess will continue with engagements as normal and take doctors' advice."

Edward is the youngest son of Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Phillip, who are "delighted with the news" according to a Buckingham Palace statement. 

Sophie did have pregnancy problems in the past. In 2001, before getting pregnant with Louise, she suffered a life-threatening ectopic pregnancy according to the BBC. Hopefully, this pregnancy will be smooth sailing.
