There have been rumors that Nicole Richie was pregnant for months. Finally, there has been a confirmation from TMZ that she is in fact 3 months pregnant by her boyfriend Good Charlotte frontman, Joel Madden.

Joel and Nicole have been dating for about 6 months and now In Touch Magazine is stating that they will get married this summer. They might not be able to get married since Nicole is facing jail time for DUI charges. Her trial is set for July 11 and hopefully she will not be in jail when the baby is born in 6 months.
