Britney Spears has been back to her old habits lately. People are expressing thei concern for her children's welfare.

According to People, a family friend states that Britney, "won't listen to anybody, [Her family] is frustrated with the situation – and worried about the children."

Kevin Federline, Britney's ex-husband and the babies daddy, is also concerned. He feels that she is exposing the boys to "unnecessary risk," says a source familiar with the case. "His lawyer hopes to get Kevin primary custody – soon." Which, in my opinion, he will if Britney keeps the uncontrollable behavior up.

To recap her actions, On July 18, she went to the beach with a friend and went in the water with just her unmentionables on. The next day she had a meltdown during a photo shoot for OK! Magazine. She was saying the roof might cave in and let her dog soil the floor. She also wiped her hands on a couture gown after scarfing down fried chicken.

If that's not enough to prove she's not right in the head, she took her two sons, Sean Preston, 22 months,  and Jayden James, 10 months, out boating without lifejackets.
