While Lindsay is in rehab again, her parents are in court. Dina and Michael Lohan finalized their divorce agreement. According to the Associated Press, it will take 60 days and then it's official.

Terms have not been disclosed yet and a hearing for custody of their underage children, 13-year-old Aliana and 11-year-old Dakota is set for September 6th.

According to Us Magazine, outside the courthouse Michael Lohan told reporters, "I wish Dina the best and I hope we can both move forward…for the kids' sake and just be good parents." Dina said "Now the healing process can begin for my children and myself."

As for Lindsay, Dina said that the 21-year-old actress is doing "fantastic."
