Child welfare workers have been receiving complaints against Britney Spears. They cpmleted an investigation and cleared her from the allegations on Tuesday.

"It does not appear the county will pursue any action at this time," Britney's attorney Laura Wasser said at Britney's and Kevin Federline's child custody hearing. After that, the hearing went into a private session.

Wasser said told People that she is trying to find out who complained about Britney. There will be at least 3 more hearings to determine who will get custody of the couple's two children, Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1.
