Britney Spears and Kevin Federline were in court for a custody battle on Tuesday. The court ruled the Britney Spears is abusing alcohol and drugs. She will be tested twice a week.

According to TMZ, the judge stated "there is a habitual, frequent, and continuous use of controlled substances and alcohol by (Britney)." The judge has ordered Britney "to undergo testing for the use of controlled substances and alcohol." There were no changes in the custody arrangements. They will still split it 50/50. K-Fed is trying for 70/30.

People states: Los Angeles Superior Court Commissioner Scott Gordon also ruled that both Spears and Federline may not consume alcohol or non-prescription controlled substances at least 12 hours prior to being with their children. The judge also told the parents that they cannot use corporal punishment on the children or allow anyone else to do so.
