It only took a few hours to get Britney back into a bar scene after the judge ordered her to random drug testing's in regards to keeping custody of her children.

She was spotted at Winston's, a nightclub in West Hollywood, with Avril Lavigne and her friend Alli Sims. She was later spotted at Hyde Lounge in West Hollywood until the club closed.

No one can prove that Britney was drinking or on any drugs. There may have been alcohol in front of her but no one saw her drink it. However, according to someone at Hyde "They kept bringing (Spears) shots and so they were drinking. She was dancing on the tables trying to be really sexy, even putting a black sock over her head as a hat, and putting on a show for everyone."

Later on she went to the Beverly Hills Police Department and complained that photographers were following her, but no action was taken.
