Kevin Federline was out at Club Ritual until late last night according to TMZ. Just 1 day after the judge ordered him and Britney Spears to pretty much straighten out.

Britney was ordered to random drug testing. What about K-Fed? He does a lot of partying also. The two were supposed to take parenting classes and neither can consume alcohol or non-prescription controlled substances for at least 12 hours prior to being with their children.

I guess K-Fed didn't plan on seeing his two children that night. Britney was seen out a club the night of their court hearing, which was Tuesday. I don't think that either are taking the judge's ruling very seriously.
