Britney Spears lost legal custody of her two children, Sean Preston and Jayden James. Her ex-husband Kevin Federline wanted more time with his children for a while and now he got it. The ex-couple used to split custody 50/50.

According to TMZ, Britney failed to follow any of the commissioner's orders from their last custody hearing. Spears was ordered to meet with a drug counselor, to have random drug testing twice a week, to enroll in parenting classes, and was also required to sign the judge's order but she didn't do anything.

And last Friday, Commissioner Gordon prohibited both Spears and K-Fed from driving the children unless they had a valid California driver's license.  Needless to say, Britney was spotted driving the kids around without one.

Britney and Kevin have another hearing on Wednesday, October 3, 2007 at 12:00 PM.
