After Wednesday's hearing, Britney Spears must toughen up and straighten up in order to get her children back. Stricter rules were placed on the couple especially her at the latest hearing. However, all of the orders from the last hearing are still in effect.

According to People, Britney must complete three joint counseling sessions with ex-husband Kevin Federline by their next hearing date of Oct. 26. She must also complete three individual sessions.

She is still expected to take weekly random drug tests and if she misses or refuses to take one then it will count as a failed test. According to the released documents in regards to her visitation rights, "the monitor shall terminate visitation immediately if any conduct or action by [Spears] endangers the minor children."

Hopefully Britney and Kevin will show some progress by the next hearing which they are both required to attend.
