CNN Headline News anchor Nancy Grace, 49, gave birth to twins two months prematurely and ended up back in the hospital with pulmonary edema.

She delivered the babies on Nov. 4th. Her husband David Linch told People that she is "doing pretty doggone good," and is expected to return home this week.

The babies, John David and Lucy Elizabeth, are also doing fine. "John David has gone from being fed via a tube to primarily being fed by a bottle and today is the first day they're going to try to give Lucy Elizabeth a bottle. Her weight is going up and she's doing quite well," he tells People. "They're out of the critical area and have stabilized pretty well."
