Former ER Star, Julianna Margulies, wed on the down low this past weekend.

People magazine reports that Margulies, who is seven months along, wed her attorney beau Keith Lieberthal in Massachusetts.

The 41 year old mother-to-be told the magazine last month that she's "doing great."

Margulies won a supporting-actress Emmy for her role as ER nurse Carol Hathaway in 1995.

This is her first marriage. Margulies dated ER costar Ron Eldard for about 12 years before the two parted ways in 2003.
