The campaign will bring together actors and actresses, musicians and authors to highlight the cause of children affected by disease, natural disasters, exploitation, war and HIV/AIDS.
Executive producer Tony Hollingsworth said the campaign hopes to raise 250 million Pounds Sterling in the first year and £500 million over ten years. It came about after Hollingsworth heard a radio interview with an African woman whose child had died from diarrhea.
