Seems like a Chicken pox epidemic might be on the horizon for the seven offspring of the Spice Girls.

The group's comeback tour is reportedly in jeopardy after the second case of the disease hit the kids.

Extra TV is reporting that 18-month-old Bluebell, the daughter of Geri Halliwell, caught chickenpox from Victoria Beckham's son. 

Bluebell caught chickenpox from Cruz," Halliwell told British show GMTV. "She's now completely pelted now so I left her at home. Normally they're running around the set."

Victoria has three sons, Brooklyn, 8, Romeo, 5, and Cruz, 2; Mel B. has two children, Phoenix Chi, 8, and baby Angel Iris; and Emma Bunton has a baby boy, Beau.
