Gabriel Aubry says he's been preparing for the last five months for the impending arrival of his baby with Halle Berry.

"I've read a lot of books," Aubry says. "There's a good one that Dr. Phil did [titled] 'Family First.' Great book. I recommend it." 

Seems like this gem is trying to cop both the father of the year AND boyfriend of the year awards. Not only is he studiously honing his Daddy skills, he's also being super supportive of Berry. He's reportedly been massaging her feet and satisfying her every craving.

Aubry also told People magazine that he has been talking to the baby.

"[I] talk in the mic in her bellybutton … that's what we call it," he said.
