Meanwhile, as the dysfunctional Spears family saga continues, Jamie Lynn's boyfriend of one year, 19-year-old Casey Aldridge, could be looking at 10 years in jail if he is charged with statutory rape.

Fox news is reporting that if Aldridge is really responsible for the younger Spears' pregnancy, and if the baby was conceived in Spears' home state of Louisiana, he could be charged with "felony carnal knowledge of a juvenile" - defined as "sexual intercourse with consent between someone age 19 or older and someone between ages 12 and 17."

The age of consent in Louisiana is 17. If aged 15 or 16, the other person involved must be no more than two years older for the act to be considered legal. At 19, Casey would be ineligible!
