When you've got lots of major developments in your life, Christmas shopping can get put on the back burner.

British songstress Lily Allen, who announced her pregnancy last week, was spotted around London doing some last minute Holiday shopping. The 22 year old Allen was accompanied by her baby's daddy, Ed Simons from the Chemical Brothers.

An insider told the Daily Star that the singer's upcoming album is still in its very early stages. But Allen's rep insists that her career will continue. “Lily’s new album will be released as planned next year,” the rep says.

But another source says the unexpected pregnancy may change Allen's plans.

“Nobody wants Lily to put her health at risk or substitute time with her partner and baby for work. She wants to bring the album out before she gives birth, but that doesn’t seem realistic. The best thing would be to put the album on hold. Her record company will support her all the way,” says the source.
