Halle Berry's baby's daddy, Gabriel Aubry, is probably tired of hearing that he's with her for the wrong reasons.

He recently gifted Halle with a $10,000 Cartier diamond eternity platinum band, in honor of the impending birth of their love child.

An insider says Halle and Gabriel consider themselves married, anyway. Halle has said that they don't need a piece of paper to affirm their commitment to each other.
