Lily Allen is set to return to work only days after experiencing a heartbreaking miscarriage.

The British singer will reportedly begin taping a show tomorrow for the BBC, called Lily Allen and Friends. The magazine-style show show will feature an audience consistent of Allen's virtual friends on MySpace. Guests will include celebrities, musicians, and unsigned acts.

A source tells the Sun newspaper that although Allen is very down at the moment, she feels obliged to return to work so she doesn't disappoint her fans.
