It's not the thought of labor that scares Jessica Alba. It's the thought of breastfeeding!

The expectant 26-year-old told Extra that her pregnancy is "quite a blessing and perfect timing," but she's been having mood swings. "Anything could make me incredibly angry or break down crying, and that's not something I'm used to," she says. No wonder she looks so miserable in her recent photos.

But Alba claims to be "paranoid" about breastfeeding. Paranoid??? She talks about her unnerving dreams: "It had to do with breastfeeding, which is the only thing I'm paranoid about, more than giving birth."

Alba says she's also exercising and eating healthy so she doesn't gain too much weight too fast.

When she realizes that breastfeeding will help her to lose the baby weight (Salma Hayek reportedly does it even when Valentina is full) Alba's paranoia will probably disappear.
