We're finally getting a peek at Harlow Winter Kate Madden, all of seven weeks old.

The daughter of Nicole Richie, 26, and Joel Madden, 28, is the cover girl in the latest issue of PEOPLE magazine, on newsstands tomorrow. The new parents reveal how Harlow's birth has changed their lives, and pose for a bunch of photos with their little sweetheart.

"She gives life a whole new meaning and a whole new purpose, " Nicole tells the magazine.
