Richie Sambora may be charged with child endangerment charges. Sambora was caught about a month ago driving under the influence of alcohol with his girlfriend, Jenn Mallini, his daughter, Ava, 10, and her teenage cousin. The case is still under review by the Orange County Calif. District Attorney’s Office so no details have been released at this time.

If he is charged with these charges, he will most likely get jail time. However, you never know, he could bargain to go to rehab instead. His tentative arraignment is set for May 7th.
