Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner are eagerly awaiting the arrival of their second child. They have reportedly purchased a $16 million home in California to make room for their expanding family.

The pair has made plans to settle in their new Los Angeles home where they are preparing for the birth of their second child. Affleck and Garner already have a two year old daughter, Violet. According to Us Weekly magazine, the 9,900 square foot estate includes seven bedrooms, seven baths, six fireplaces, a brick wine cellar, a library, three-car garage, and swimming pool. Construction on this magnificent home is scheduled to be completed before Garner, five months pregnant, gives birth.

Affleck and Garner will join their famous neighbors Tobey Maguire and Ricki Lake in the posh Brentwood area.
