The official baby belly debut is here! Mom-to-be Nicole Richie was all smiles while showing off her pregnant bump in a fitted t-shirt Wednesday evening. The 27 year old attended the “What Goes Around” Fall 2009 Collection launch at Space 15 Twenty in Los Angeles, California.

Nicole and Joel Madden are expecting their second child in late August/early September. They are already the proud parents to 14 month old Harlow Winter Kate.
