Real World Cast Member Welcomes Baby Girl

It’s an early first child for Melissa Howard Beck! Due March 25th, baby girl Shalom Mazie Beck was born on Friday, March 20th. Melissa, Real World: Orleans cast member and her husband Justin Beck, the guitarist for Glassjaw, announced the pregnancy in September.
To share the good news, Melissa wrote on Twitter about the experience of birth: “So 26 hours of labor, surviving only on ice-chips + 4 hrs of pushing + 1 epidural = STILL the SINGLE best thing that has ever happened to me.”
