The 33-year-old Scrubs star, Sarah Chalke, was seen out in Los Angeles last Friday sporting a nice round baby bump.  This has been the first outside appearance of Chalke since her pregnancy announcement in August.  The baby is due this winter.  This is the first child for Chalke and Jamie Afifi, an entertainment lawyer.

This baby will need plenty of receiving blankets and tons of love as the cold of the winter season slowly approaches.  Also, a nice pair of wool mittens will make the baby much warmer when traveling to relatives throughout the holiday season.  Congratulations to the couple!
