Honor Marie is keeping mommy Jessica Alba very busy but happy. They were spotted by People in Gramercy Park and then met up with a friend. Word is that they may be moving back to the east coast and were looking for condos in NY that day. 
It felt like it took forever for Jessica Alba, 27, to pop but the inevitable happened and she welcomed a baby girl, Honor Marie Warren. She was born Saturday at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.
Jessica and Cash Warren met on the set of Fantastic Four and recently got married. 
Jessica Alba was out getting some last minute things for her and her baby Thursday afternoon. Her and a friend were in Beverly Hills shopping for the essentials before she pops any day now.
A source told People, “She was so excited and said she was due any minute! She just seemed relaxed and ready to welcome home her baby.”
Jessica is expecting a baby girl and picked up items like Born Free baby bottles, a Boppy breastfeeding pillow, a Tiny Love mobile, Sage Creek organic crib sheets and organic baby clothing from Kicky Pants and Pixie Lily.
On Monday, mom-to-be Jessica Alba, 27, and Cash Warren, 31, did in fact get married. It was a low key, spur-of-the-monent ceremony that even shocked their friends.
The couple got together in 2004 after meeting on the set of The Fantastic Four and were engaged last December. Their baby is due soon, late springish.

Mom-to-be Jessica Alba is still moving around. She was spotted shopping at Neiman Marcus in Beverly Hills on Tuesday and then going to a nail salon for some pampering. Every mom-to-be should be having those types of days!
Jessica Alba has reportedly revealed that she is expecting a baby girl in June.
The celebrity stork seems to be on a double duty kick. We now hear that we can expect to see not one set (JLo) or two sets (Angelina) of celebrity twins, but THREE sets!
Jessica Alba now has at least a one-in-two shot of having the "brown" baby she craves. She's expecting twins, she and boyfriend Cash Warren just discovered. They still don't know the sex of the babies.
Sources claim the 26-year-old has had to rethink the design of her nursery. "Knowing that she's going to have twins has turned Jessica's life upside down," says a pal. "She and Cash have had to scrap plans for a one-baby nursery and start all over again."
I guess we should congratulate them once more!
It's also being reported that Alba is due to give birth on June 8.

Jessica Alba seems a little confused. But let's give her the benefit of the doubt and say that, like Nicole Richie, pregnancy has radically transformed her.
This is what she had to say a while back: “Alba is my last name and I’m proud of that. But that’s it. My grandparents were born in California, the same as my parents, and though I may be proud of my last name, I’m American. Throughout my whole life, I’ve never felt connected to one particular race or heritage, nor did I feel accepted by any. If you break it down, I’m less Latina than Cameron Diaz, whose father is Cuban. But people don’t call her Latina because she’s blonde.”
She caught a lot of flack for that comment, and rightly so. Now she's singing a different tune: "I wish to God that my dad spoke Spanish to my brother and me, but he didn't grow up with it," she tells Latina magazine.
"Hopefully I can pick it up because I want my kids to speak Spanish. I don't even want them to speak English for maybe the first two to three years, until pre-school. "We're in the United States so they're going to learn it anyway."
Alba goes even further. Referring to the baby's daddy, Cash Warren, who's biracial, she says: "I'm excited for my baby to be brown. I just have to believe the dark gene is going to survive. Cash and I are like, please!"

She can more than afford her own baby shower, but since celebs and swag go together like babies and boobies, Jessica Alba was flooded with baby gifts on her recent appearance on the Tyra Banks Show.
Tyra generously supplied the mom-to-be with loads of gifts, including a stroller, bassinet, high chair, blankets and other baby necessities.
Alba received Cariboo's Classic Bassinet and Puretec Blankets, the Lillebaby Euro Tote, Svan High Chair, Svan Scooter and Svan Bouncer and the Cloud B Sleep Sheep on the Go.
Alba, 26, is expecting her first child with Cash Warren this spring or early summer.
These belly-bump boasting celebs should really give it a rest when it comes to trying to cover up pregnancy details. Cause whatever the information is, it's going to get leaked, whether by parents, in-laws, 'unnamed inside sources'/paid friends or relatives, or loose-lipped store clerks.
Take for instance, the sex of Jessica Alba's unborn child, which she already knows, but wasn't telling when she appeared on Late Night with David Letterman earlier this week.
Sorry, Jess, but the world is now privy to the news that you're expecting a boy. The Daily News reports that Alba bought nautical-themed furniture in the baby store to the stars, L.A.'s Petit Tresor. On the way out, she reportedly grabbed a blue onesie that read "I'm a Boy."

It's not the thought of labor that scares Jessica Alba. It's the thought of breastfeeding!
The expectant 26-year-old told Extra that her pregnancy is "quite a blessing and perfect timing," but she's been having mood swings. "Anything could make me incredibly angry or break down crying, and that's not something I'm used to," she says. No wonder she looks so miserable in her recent photos.
But Alba claims to be "paranoid" about breastfeeding. Paranoid??? She talks about her unnerving dreams: "It had to do with breastfeeding, which is the only thing I'm paranoid about, more than giving birth."
Alba says she's also exercising and eating healthy so she doesn't gain too much weight too fast.
When she realizes that breastfeeding will help her to lose the baby weight (Salma Hayek reportedly does it even when Valentina is full) Alba's paranoia will probably disappear.
Despite the many sullen-faced photos she's been taking, Jessica Alba professes to be a very happy mommy-to-be.
The “Good Luck Chuck” actress says her life right now is very fulfilling: “It’s awesome. It’s the best time ever. I have two movies coming out, a baby, a fiancé – everything.”

Yes, the sizzling starlet, Jessica Alba is pregnant with her first child. Her rep tells People magazine that Jessica, 26, and her boyfriend, Cash Warren, 28, are expecting a baby in the late spring or early summer.
The actress has dated Warren since 2004, when they met on the set of The Fantastic Four. Warren was a director's assistant for the film .
The couple are reportedly basking in the pregnancy glow together. They were seen shopping for mattresses in LA last Saturday and kissing at a Lakers game on Sunday.
Alba has also starred in Sin City and the recent Awake.
