The family of the late actor believes that Heath may have fathered a secret love child as a 17-year old schoolboy, during an affair with an older woman.
The mother of Heath Ledger's 2-year-old daughter Matilda has issued the most poignant statement we've heard since the star's untimely passing. The fleeting shots of her in the days following Ledger's death spoke volumes about her grief, and her statement is even more heartbreaking:
"Please respect our need to grieve privately. My heart is broken. I am the mother of the most tender-hearted, high-spirited, beautiful little girl who is the spitting image of her father. All that I can cling to is his presence inside her that reveals itself every day. His family and I watch Matilda as she whispers to trees, hugs animals, and takes steps two at a time, and we know that he is with us still. She will be brought up in the best memories of him."
Michelle, you are very fortunate to have Matilda and we are sure that both you and she will be strengthened, despite, and because of, this terrible tragedy. Our most positive thoughts, wishes and prayers are with you and your family.

Rumor has it that actor Heath Ledger and actress Michelle Williams have wed! According to People, Heath has been sporting a band on his wedding finger. Michelle was also seen wearing a sparkler on her wedding finger the day before. In November, we reported the possibility of a marriage license obtained by the couple from a reliable friend of mine.
The couple where out and about in their Brooklyn neighborhood with their daughter Matilda, 1. This celebrity baby is staying warm tucked in a footmuff with a rain & wind shield covering her stroller - a must for anyone living in the city!

There's a rumor floating around New York City that actor Heath Ledger and actress Michelle Williams have filed for a marriage license. The couple lives in Brooklyn along with their daughter Matilda and where spotted yesterday trying to attain the license.

Dawson's Creek star, Michelle Williams took her daughter Matilda out for a stroll last week in what looks like a Kolcraft Stroller near thier home in Brooklyn. Matilda will celebrate her 1st birthday on October 28th with mom Michelle and dad Heath Ledger.
