Trista on Sex after C-Section

Former Bachelorette turned Mommy, Trista Sutter, says she spent a "miserable" six weeks after her C-section waiting to hop back in the sack with her main man Ryan.

The 35 year old She tells Momlogic.com that sex is a big part of her and her husband's relationship.

They are still working to get back to their normal nookie schedule, Trista says, "but it takes time."

New dads out there, take heed. Patience is key!

A Little Bachelor Is Born

"Bachelorette" Trista Sutter and Ryan welcomed a baby boy last night. Maxwell Alston weighed in at 5 lbs., 3oz. According to TMZ, he arrived 4 weeks early due to Trista's complications with preeclampsia and gestational diabetes. Even with the complications, everyone is fine now.

Trista & Ryan Sutter Having a Baby!

Years ago, we all watched with anticipation and waited to see who Trista from The Bachelorette would choose. She choose Ryan Sutter, the man of her dreams. The couple then wed a year later in 2003 on national television. Finally, after two years of trying, the happy couple are now expecting their first child together!

Trista, 34, told Ryan, 32, the good news on Dec. 18 after he returned home from participating in a mountain expedition in Argentina. Ryan, a fireman from Colorado had just flown into Denver International Airport.

Trista remembers that day like it was yesterday, and told People, "He was completely windburned and his lips were dry. We had a three-hour drive back to our home from the airport and I couldn't wait to tell him, so I pulled him aside to a quiet part of the baggage claim area and told him there."

"I am happy to be able to finally be a dad," added Ryan.

Trista is 14 weeks along, so the couple won't know the gender of their child until the summer.

"I've had horrendous morning sickness," she admits, "but everyone says that is a sign of a healthy pregnancy."
